ONCD does not use the App to intentionally collect data such as precise location tracking, advertising identifiers, or behavioral profiling for analytics. However, like most apps and servers, limited technical data may still be processed automatically for security and operational purposes. This data is not used to build marketing profiles.

• Create and manage your account
• Approve or reject access to inventory (admin approval system)
• Send transactional communications, including product detail emails when you tap the "Message" button
• Respond to your inquiries and continue communication on your selected channel (email/WhatsApp/WeChat or others)
• Maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms & Conditions
• Personalize what we share with you

When you tap Message on a product page:

• The App sends you an email containing the selected stone/jewellery details
• You may submit an inquiry to us

This communication is treated as service/transactional communication related to your request.

We share information only as needed to operate the App and deliver the services, such as:

• Service providers who help run our App infrastructure (hosting, email delivery, authentication providers like Google Sign-In)
• Compliance or legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will be revised. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
